The installation and use of a Superchute Forming system includes many different risks, for example: form failure, toppling, blowout, electrocution, fall from height, concrete spillage.

An incorrect installation or misuse of the form can result in serious injury or death.

An improperly shored formwork can collapse without notice.

A falling formwork can seriously injure or kill persons filling the form, and persons located below or near the form.

Be sure to adequately shore the form. Use Superchute Bracing Collars, scaffolding, screw-jacks, and similar industry accepted methods to shore and brace the form. Keep away from the erected form.
